Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 4:30PM to 3 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of work experience

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings

Ability to become solder certified

Effective communication and team work

Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team

A passion for learning/knowledge

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experienced in electronic assembly 2+ years

IPC-610/620 Certifications

J-STD Certification a plus

Solder Reflow experience a plus

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $34862 - $55778 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
